Jack is very professional, knowledgeable and considered in his approach to my program and has been able to modify exercises for recovery from a knee injury, build up quad strength and I have seen great gains in all areas. Jack keeps an eagle eye to ensure my technique is and remains spot on to avoid injury and get the right muscles engaged , which I find very reassuring. He is also the loveliest person to chat to in between sets! I am a complete convert to this type of training, exactly what is required for metabolism, bone density, strength and mobility as I age well. Highly recommend!

I’ve worked with 4 other personal trainers but Jack is by far the best.
