Hi I’m Jack! I’m from Melbourne, Australia and I am the founder of Centurion Fitness. I started Centurion Fitness because I have a strong passion for fitness and health, and love to work with people to help them achieve their fitness dreams.
Here at Centurion Fitness we believe in building strong bodies that last; keeping you injury-free and able to sustain the work required to achieve the fitness goals you set yourself.
Since starting Centurion Fitness in 2019 I have helped dozens of people with their fat loss, muscle building and toning goals by combining intelligent programming with nutritional support and providing the accountability and coaching support required to succeed.
I thrive off of seeing people achieve and it is my goal that all of my clients progress and tick off their goals no matter how large or small they are.
My mission is to help clients achieve their goals and leave them stronger than how I found them no matter your age, goal or fitness level and my promise is to deliver all my training and nutrition planning with this at the forefront.
Qualifications
- Certificate 4 in Fitness (Personal trainer)
- Certificate 4 in Nutrition (Nationally Recognised Nutritionist)
- Australian Strength and Conditioning Association Level One
- Bachelor of Health Science: Anatomy and Physiology (Latrobe University)
