Initial consultation
First we determine your goals and do a full body assessment to determine your strengths and weak areas.
We then use this to roadmap the optimal way forward to achieving your goals and ensure that working together is a good fit.

Onboarding
You receive your first tailored training and nutrition plan designed to fit your lifestyle.
Specific nutritional support will be tailored based on your goals, eating habits, lifestyle and any dietary requirements.

Commit to the process
We coach you weekly from 1 to 4 times per week depending on your commitment, pushing you to work harder each week to achieve your full potential.
We will track the relevant biomarkers to ensure you are always on the most optimal path for both training and nutrition.
